INCIDENT REPORT PER SP34RS

8:00 PM, reported no internet connectivity since noon on Monday. Restarted routers and still no connection. Need to stop by in the morning to more checking.

Two routers, one linksys acts as wifi hotspot, the other is the netopia dsl router. Disabled wifi hotspot and enabled wifi on dsl router.
Checked computer at SP34RS office and network cable or socket could be bad. Replaced network cable and moved to another socket. Internet connectivity ok.
FOLLOW UP:
Cable Management, passwords to routers, trouble shoot linksys router, renaming SSID back to correct name
