There are 2 working proxy and I will try to get a 3rd proxy working. There is a option where logging can disabled so the hard disk doesn't fill up as fast. Review some of the documentation. Rotating the logs might be usefull too.

I was able to get a windows based proxy server going the church office, but I don't recall how I went about setting it up. This link might be able to help me do so.
